Set on over 1400 acres, and at the top of the property’s peek, a once 3-4 bedroom home was transformed by Jeffrey Tindall Constructions into an 8-9 bedroom house in order to accommodate a large family.
The extension included a new kitchen, laundry and extra living spaces as well as bedrooms and outdoor living. The new lounge room was filled with large windows and opening French doors, that led out onto a verandah/alfresco area, which allowed the owners to look over the property’s paddocks below. The original external bricks were rendered with the extension, to give a more modern feel and helped to blend the new area with the old.
A second stage of the build, saw a 3 bedroom granny flat attached to the original home via a connecting carport area.
